Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TokenFast platform available at https://www.tokenfast.net (the “Platform”).
By using TokenFast, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Services.
Jurisdiction
You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your country or region.
Restricted Use
Access may be restricted in sanctioned or prohibited jurisdictions.
1. About TokenFast
TokenFast is a Web3 platform that enables users to create, launch, view, and interact with blockchain-based tokens, tokenized tools, and related services.
TokenFast does not act as a broker, custodian, exchange, financial advisor, or fiduciary unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Wallet Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your wallet, seed phrase, private keys, connected apps, transaction approvals, and all actions initiated through your wallet.
3. Account Responsibility
If TokenFast provides user accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
- You may not use TokenFast for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- You may not attempt to disrupt, exploit, scan, reverse engineer, or attack the Platform.
- You may not launch tokens intended to impersonate, scam, manipulate, or deceive others.
- You may not use the Platform in violation of sanctions, AML rules, or financial regulations.
5. Token Launch Responsibility
Users who launch tokens on TokenFast are fully responsible for the legality, accuracy, marketing, disclosures, functionality, and consequences of those tokens.
TokenFast does not guarantee token legitimacy, value, performance, adoption, or compliance.
6. Fees
TokenFast may charge fees for token creation, platform usage, premium listing, transaction processing, and future premium tools.
7. Non-Refundable
Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
8. Third-Party Costs
Blockchain network fees and third-party charges are outside the control of TokenFast.
9. No Financial Advice
Nothing on TokenFast constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or launch any digital asset.
10. Risk Disclaimer
- Digital assets are volatile and speculative.
- Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities.
- Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
- Regulations may change rapidly and affect access or legality.
- You may lose some or all of your funds.
11. Third-Party Services
TokenFast may integrate with third-party wallets, APIs, analytics providers, hosting providers, infrastructure tools, or blockchain services. We are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, source code, platform structure, and non-user content on TokenFast are owned by or licensed to TokenFast unless otherwise stated.
13. User Content
You represent that any content, metadata, names, images, and materials you upload or publish are lawful and do not violate the rights of any third party.
14. Suspension and Termination
TokenFast reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, particularly in cases involving abuse, suspected fraud, compliance concerns, legal exposure, or security risk.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenFast shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, digital assets, opportunities, or business.
Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TokenFast from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
17. Compliance
You agree to comply with applicable AML, KYC, sanctions, tax, and other regulatory obligations that may apply to your use of the Platform.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TokenFast after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
