Experimental Nature
These systems may be developing, evolving, beta-stage, or subject to change without notice.
User Responsibility
You remain fully responsible for reviewing, confirming, and accepting all actions.
1. Nature of Tokenized Agents
Tokenized agents are automated tools that may assist with actions such as token creation, project setup, insights, automation flows, market-related interactions, and user support features.
They are tools only. They are not human advisors, fiduciaries, brokers, or licensed financial professionals.
2. No Financial or Investment Advice
Tokenized agents do not provide financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, investment recommendations, or guaranteed trading strategies.
Any generated output is for informational and functional assistance only.
3. Automation Risks
Automated tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or unexpected results.
4. No Guarantee of Performance

5. Blockchain and Execution Limits

TokenFast cannot reverse completed on-chain actions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenFast shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from AI-generated outputs, automated actions, failed execution, market conditions, smart contract interactions, or user reliance on tokenized agent functionality.
12. Modification or Removal
TokenFast may change, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue tokenized agent functionality at any time without prior notice.
13. Beta and Experimental Status
Some agent features may be offered in beta, preview, limited release, or experimental form and may not perform as expected.
